3. Services Provided

4. Program Enrollment and Participation

4.1 Eligibility

4.2 Application Process

Participants must complete the application process honestly and provide accurate information. False or misleading information may result in disqualification from programs.

Most of our programs are provided free of charge to eligible participants. Where fees apply, they will be clearly communicated before enrollment. Fee waivers may be available based on financial need and other criteria.

4.4 Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance and active participation are required for successful program completion. Participants who fail to meet attendance requirements may be removed from the program.
